Spine’s bottom hand-decorated with filing. Fit and finish is superb, the blade is well-centered, the grind is consistent, and the overall appearance is of great quality, tactile and opulent- just like a fine Purdey’s shotgun! The handle layered construction held by screws, enabling disassembly for cleaning. The handle is free of rattle and feels as solid as a bank vault. The file-decorated steel liners are overclad with contoured bronze bolsters and polished luxurious mineral-rich mammoth tooth scales.
