PAT CRAWFORD CUSTOM KASPER FIGHTER DAMASCUS FOLDING KNIFE. This Kasper liner lock features a Damascus blade with dual thumb studs. The bolsters are high carbon fiber with Walrus scales, red liners and file work on back spine and belt clip. Please Note that the back end of the scales have slight chip marks. UP FOR SALE IS A PAT CRAWFORD CUSTOM ONE-OF-A-KIND LARGE DAMASCUS FOLDING KNIFE. The Drop point Damascus blade measures 3-5/8. Overall open is 8-5/8. The locking mechanism is for a right handed person. In order to the open and close the knife, the back right side of the handle has a built in spring that sides down less then a 1/4 of an inch. Large stainless steel bolsters with stunning exotic mastodon scales and file work. Incredible craftsmanship by Pat. Knife is in vintage excellent unused condition. Pat and Wes Crawford Custom Handmade Damascus Folding Knife. Custom folding knife by well-known knife makers Pat and Wes Crawford with beautiful raindrop pattern Damascus blade. Handle is titanium with custom graphic. Pat Crawford and his son Wes are recognized as leading practitioners of the bladesmith’s craft. Their company, Crawford Knives, is located in West Memphis, Arkansas. Pat has been a member of the Knifemakers’ Guild since 1973. He was among the first to skeletonize his frames and handles to reduce weight and enhance the grip of the knife. This knife measures about 4-1/8″ closed with a blade about 3″. The knife is signed “Crawford” just under the thumbstud but the signature is faint and with the Damascus blade I was unable to get the light just right to get a good picture of the signature. See the pictures to judge the condition of the knife for yourself; I would call it excellent condition overall, although there are a few faint marks on close examination. The blade is slightly off center. No box or paperwork, but will come in a padded zipper pouch. This knife is from an estate sale; see my other auctions for more knives from this collection by a longtime knife collector. From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
