Heat treated to around 59-61 HRC. Tanto blade measures 2 1/2″ and is 6 1/2″ overall. Titanium standoff with ti screws along with 4 bronze washers. Front pivot barrel is stainless along with stop pin. This linerlock folder by William McHenry features a damascus blade with fileworked spine, and a thumbstud with a saphire inlay. The handle has damascus bolsters, mastadon scales and stainless steel backspacer. One screw on the bolster has the initials WM and the other has filework as well. Inside the spine is engraved McHenry 1991 125. His initials can also be found near the base of the blade. There is a small section of abalone shell in the spine. Measures approx 6″ open and 3 1/3″ closed. Knife has never been used or carried, it does have a very small scratch on the handle – see last photo.
