A beautiful quality 8 chef’s knife made in Japan. The steel has the folded look of “Damascus” steel. It looks unused to me – certainly never sharpened. Over it’s travels, however, it has picked up a 1/32 knick (clearly shown in pics) – it will need to be sharpened to eliminate this and restore the knife to fine condition.
